  To place an order with byJanet.com, please send an e-mail to Janet@byJanet.com . Please be sure to include :

• your name
• credit card billing address
• city, state and zip
• e-mail address
• our item number
• item description
• price

  Please be sure to carefully read the sizes in the description.  They are expressed in millimeters.  Five millimeters is approximately 3/8 inch.  Remember: everything looks the same size on a computer screen.  Please double check the description for the actual size.

  When we receive your e-mail request, we will have you billed by PayPal where you may pay by credit card.  For security purposes at PayPal, it is necessary that your shipping address matches your credit card billing address and that the name of the recipient matches the name on the credit card.

  Your order will be shipped then by U.S. Mail within seven days of receipt of payment at PayPal.   Shipping is free of charge. 

  While we at byJanet.com are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, returns will be accepted if you feel the item is not as described.  To return an item, please e-mail Janet@byJanet.com within two days of receipt for instructions and return approval.

  The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same packing material via U.S. Mail, just as it was shipped out.

  When your return is received and accepted, your credit card will be credited through PayPal.
